Welcome to Cards By Kendra!   It has been a while since I last posted! I'm a teacher and I just switched to a different teaching position in a new school, so I've been moving my classroom. It's been a lot of work because the decorations I had aren't really appropriate for high schoolers, so I've been busy making decor for my new Technology computer lab classroom.  I'm so excited to be teaching Digital Information Technology even though it will have some challenges since we are doing a blended model this school year due to COVID-19. I will have to have virtual meetings while also teaching in person in the classroom at the same time. So I'm not sure how this is going to go. But I'm still excited about the change and look forward to school starting. Welcome to Cards By Kendra!   Today I've posted a video on my YouTube Channel that is going to show you how to work with digital stamps and manipulate them in Silhouette Studio so you can print them out as a PDF file on any printer.   The Silhouette Studio program is free to download and you don’t have to have the electronic die cutting machine in order to use it. Hello and Welcome to Cards By Kendra!   It has been a while since I last posted.  I have been crafting, organizing and getting ready to move my craft room from my dining room to an empty bedroom. It's been A LOT of work! But I'm super excited because I'll have a lot more room and places for storage. Welcome to a new "Cards by Kendra" Blog Post! So the past few days, I've been doing some "Corona Virus Crafting" while social distancing!  With this crazy situation that people all over the world are facing, a little humor goes a long way!!  Here’s a couple of cards I made today since a lot of people can’t find toilet paper! Whimsy stamps is offering this cute digital stamp of a dragon covered in toilet paper! I just love their stamps!! This one just made my day!   I might have to try making some tags with it next! Tags would be great to attach to some toilet paper to give as gifts to my friends who can’t find any!! Except maybe I need to wait a little longer to make sure we don't run out first!  🤣 For the background paper on both cards, I used the "Over the Rainbow" Paper Pack from My Favorite Things.
